A project done by McCann signifies an association with The Best. This is exactly what the Cloran family got when they decided to remodel their entire first floor – kitchen, master bath, hall bath, 3 bedrooms, laundry room, and floors. They even wanted to move their basement stairwell to the other side of the house! And when they came to us with architectural prints of the project, we were ready to help them make their dream a reality.

This project was a doozy! We restructured literally the entire first floor – kitchen, 2x bathrooms, 4x bedrooms, added a new entry door, took out load-bearing walls, raised the ceiling, added a laundry room, removed a fireplace, and even moved the basement stairwell halfway across the house!
