“We hired McCann Custom Remodeling to finish our basement. From the first introduction I could tell that they were customer-focused and took pride in their work. John asked all of the right questions to confirm our expectations and he had honest and clear answers to all of our concerns. We worked together to get the perfect design and they worked diligently to keep within our budget.
When it came to the on-site work, the workers arrived each day with a smile and worked hard. The project was finished in a short time as they were only focused on our project and didn’t have to split time on multiple worksites. The workers were always respectful of our home and took great care to keep our home clean. They even cleaned the worksite every day and put their tools away!
As with most projects like this, there are unforeseen obstacles to overcome. But John raised issues immediately as was knowledgeable to provide great (and sometimes creative!) solutions.
The workmanship was top class and their attention to detail was phenomenal. We are so happy with the results. Now, approximately 1 year later, we have had no issues and we still love our basement.
